We had one of these a few months ago but now with several new members I thought it best to make another. I thought I'd also show you guys this cool site that grabs songs from other sites and puts it in a pretty playlist for other people to listen to.

Kinda reminds me of the music we used to do. but now it is a bit more "rockish."

My wife is in a new band, they play stuff from Pillar, Mercy Me, Steve Fee, etc... They Rock.

We still play in the praise band at church. I play the drums, she plays the keyboard, piano, and flute. She also sings once and awhile. I don't sing, which is prob a good thing. LOL

I used to be able to play the trumpet REALLY well though, but I dropped it.

Music, is a powerful tool that God gave us. Music is used for worshiping God, but it can also be used to witness to others, and show others how great our God is or how great it is to be a Christian. I also, have something to say about music, and different types of music. God made music, God made everything, but god made music for us to worship him, and lift our spirits up. God did not make music to use his name in vane, and sing about love between a male and female. God made music for us to sing about him. Let’s try to keep it that way. What you think about different styles of Christian music really doesn’t matter. I prefer calmer music, but I have those days were I just need to Rock music for God, because I am so excited about him. If you really think about it and come to your senses, all Christian music with the proper wording can be amazing Christian music. I have heard some super Rocky Christian music that had this amazing message the preached to me, and it was so amazing, that I wanted to scream AMEN! to the top of my lungs. Music is just one of the most amazing things that God has given us. Music is very entertaining to, but I just have that strange opinion about music that it can have the most amazing tune ever and not be Christian, and I will completely hate it. If I wasn’t a computer nerd then music would be my choice of a career for life. Singing for God, that would be so amazing, and so much fun, but my talent is computers and not music.
